• We sell 100% OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts only.

• Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but minor deviations may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as stated on the product page).
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and other approved gateways.
• We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times vary by location; delays due to courier or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Claims must be raised within 5 days of delivery via email or phone.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• Our liability is limited to the order value paid by the customer.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
